Van Lanschot Kempen seeks a Vice President in Debt Advisory to lead day-to-day execution of debt advisory transactions and to work with senior colleagues on originating new mandates. You will be the key contact for clients, banks, debt investors and transaction advisers, translating complex financing challenges into actionable solutions.

You will coach analysts and associates, contribute to financing strategies, and help grow the Debt Advisory team while ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.

Formación

• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in debt and capital structure advisory.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and financial modelling skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Originate new client mandates for Van Lanschot Kempen’s debt advisory.
• Prepare and analyse company and market information, cash flows, and capital structures to design financing solutions.
• Lead the preparation of transaction analyses and marketing materials.
• Negotiate with lenders and maintain relationships with debt investors.
