Job summary

Van Lanschot Kempen is seeking a Vice President Debt Advisory to lead the execution of debt advisory transactions and to originate new mandates across European clients. You will translate complex financing challenges into actionable solutions while developing relationships with banks, debt investors and transaction advisers.

You will guide junior colleagues, coach analysts and associates, and contribute to the growth of the Debt Advisory team.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in debt and capital structure advisory, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, capital markets or similar financing environments.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Strong financial modelling skills and analytical capabilities.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of Debt Advisory transactions and collaborate with senior colleagues on originating mandates.
• Prepare and analyse company and market information, cash flows, credit profiles and capital structures to craft financing solutions.
• Develop transaction analyses and marketing materials, including financing strategies, information memoranda and management presentations.
• Negotiate with lenders and maintain relationships with debt investors.
