Job summary

Ericsson is seeking an Integrator Engineer to help deploy, test and troubleshoot VoLTE, IMS and 4G/5G Core networks in real customer environments in the Netherlands. You will gain hands-on experience with cloud technologies while collaborating with experienced engineers and customers.

We hire across JS2–JS5 levels; juniors bring strong foundations and curiosity, while seniors take greater ownership of technical delivery and customer activities at Maastricht testing facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in mobile networks and technologies such as VoLTE, IMS, 4G/5G, IP networking or cloud.
• Hands-on exposure through work, internship, university projects, labs or personal projects; telecom integration/operations or support experience for more experienced candidates.
• Basic knowledge of Linux, networking, SIP, Diameter or IMS/VoLTE is a plus — not expected to be expert for juniors.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and good communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Integrate, test and troubleshoot VoLTE, IMS and 4G/5G Core network solutions in real customer environments.
• Learn and work hands-on with network technologies, understanding how voice and data travel in a mobile network.
• Investigate issues using logs, traces, alarms, KPIs and test results; help identify root causes.
• Support testing of services like VoLTE calls, IMS registration, SMS over IMS, emergency calling.
• Configure, upgrade, migrate and expand network solutions while keeping services up.
• Work with SIP, Diameter, IP networking, Linux, DNS/ENUM and HTTP/2 as appropriate.
• Collaborate with engineers, solution architects, project managers, customers and other teams.
• Document work and share learnings with the wider team.
• Grow knowledge of cloud-native telecom and 5G Standalone technologies.
• As experience grows, take greater ownership of technical activities and communication.
