Job summary

Lidl in the Netherlands is looking for order pickers to join the warehouse team on a full-time basis. The role involves 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with long-term employment starting on AB-Werkt.

You will operate an electric pallet truck, use a voice system for picking, and check orders for accuracy before shipment. Candidates should have at least 6 months of warehouse experience and a flexible, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ previous warehouse experience.
• Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
• Attention to precision and detail in tasks.
• Takes responsibility for completing tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently or in a small team.
• Physically strong and able to work in a warehouse environment.
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities in the Netherlands.
• Available to stay longer in the Netherlands.
• Minimum English level of B1.

Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet truck for order picking.
• Use a voice system to complete order picking tasks.
• Check orders for accuracy, including verifying quantities and identifying defects.
• Prepare orders for shipment by stacking items and wrapping pallets in plastic.
• Other related tasks.
