Job summary

Uitzendbureau Werkstudent in Amsterdam is seeking a full-time Video On Demand (VOD) operations coordinator to ensure content reaches streaming platforms worldwide smoothly, accurately and on time.

You will join the Global Fulfillment Operations team in Amsterdam, coordinating delivery from start to finish and ensuring media components are available, with collaboration across international and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for clients regarding Video On Demand delivery requests.
• Prepare, process and monitor content to ensure it is ready to publish.
• Coordinate availability of video, dubbing, subtitles, metadata and other components.
• Work with international teams to ensure content is delivered correctly and on time.
• Monitor multiple workflows while maintaining high quality standards and deadlines.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues and involve technical support when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation, trackers and system information.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and workflows.
• Support new launches, client onboardings and departmental projects.
