Job summary

Werkstudent in Amsterdam seeks a VOD operations coordinator to join the Global Fulfillment Operations team, handling content delivery to streaming platforms worldwide. You will coordinate delivery, ensure media components are available, and work with international teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines.

The role is full-time in an international, fast-paced environment with English as the main office language, and offers partial remote work and travel expense coverage.

Qualifications

• Available to start in October and residing in the Amsterdam area.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as contact for clients on VOD delivery requests.
• Prepare, process and monitor content for publishing.
• Coordinate availability of video, dubbing, subtitles, metadata.
• Work with international teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor workflows and maintain quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with technical support when needed.
• Maintain documentation and trackers in systems.
• Suggest process improvements and workflow optimizations.
• Support new launches, onboarding and projects.
