Job summary

Intralox invites bachelor’s or master’s students to join the Integration Smart Carryway (ISC) team for a six-month internship in Hoofddorp. You will work on assignments focused on visual communication or sustainable software-quality practices, combining research, stakeholder interviews, design, and practical recommendations.

You will turn opportunities into plans and deliverables, gather input from stakeholders, and present actionable findings.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, software engineering, industrial or interaction design, human-technology interaction, change management, business technology, automation, or engineering.
Interest in industrial technology and improving how systems communicate or how teams approach software quality.
Able to conduct structured research, work independently, and ask for guidance when needed.
Clear English communication and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
Available for about six months and able to work from the office two to three days per week.

Responsibilities

Turn a broad improvement opportunity into a clear project plan, research approach, and deliverables.
Investigate user needs, communication standards, team behaviors, or development practices for realistic improvements.
Gather input from technical and business stakeholders to reflect real needs and constraints.
Create and evaluate a design proposal, communication standard, adoption approach, or practical recommendations.
Present findings and next steps that can be applied by the ISC team after the internship.
