Job summary

Mission Pet Health is recruiting a friendly receptionist to be the Director of First Impressions in our Holland, MI network. You will greet clients, manage multi-line phones, and help coordinate care with compassion and efficiency.

You’ll handle records, scheduling, and payments while supporting a team-first culture and access to a nationwide veterinary professional network. A passion for animals and excellent communication are essential, with weekend availability encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a veterinary setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with veterinary software is a plus; weekend/holiday availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients professionally, reflect compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions to keep operations smooth.
• Educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to support pet wellness.
• Demonstrate empathy and respect in every interaction, treating each pet like your own.
