Job summary

EVCC in the Netherlands is seeking a Hospital Manager to oversee daily operations and create an environment where exceptional medicine and exceptional people can thrive.

You will lead and develop your team, partner with the Medical Director to align hospital operations, and balance administrative leadership with hands-on clinical support. This role rewards building strong teams, improving workflows, and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Associate degree (or equivalent) required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Veterinary Assistant experience required.
• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, or LVT) preferred.
• Emergency veterinary experience is a plus.
• Servant-leader mindset with a passion for coaching and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week on-site.

• Navigate employee and client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Support financial performance through thoughtful resource planning and purchasing decisions.
• Spend time both leading operationally and supporting the clinical floor (at least 50% on admin leadership).
