Responsibilities

• Own the vertical roadmap, deciding where to invest and what to ship.
• Shape the product surface on top of the data for specific customer jobs.
• Find and evaluate data providers for each vertical.
• Conduct customer discovery to understand workflows and translate into specs.
• Define what a good answer looks like in each use case with the evaluation team.
• Work with customer success to learn customer needs and churn reasons.
• Partner with the search owner on result ranking and shaping.
