Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Search Infrastructure, based in Amsterdam with a hybrid work model. The role requires 5+ years of product management experience and a technical background in high-scale search or ranking systems. This hands-on IC role reports to the Director of Product.

You will own the quality bar, tradeoffs, and roadmap for Tavily's search index, shaping the future of search infrastructure as agents become the main consumer.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in product management with a technical background.
• Experience with high-scale search or ranking systems beneficial.
• Hands-on senior IC role reporting to Director of Product.

Responsibilities

• Set the quality bar and release criteria for search across use cases.
• Own depth, latency, and cost tradeoffs across search products; make them explicit.
• Shape the index direction, freshness, and quality bar to meet requirements.
• Develop a roadmap for search infrastructure as agents become the main consumer.
• Benchmark against alternatives and close gaps that matter for customers.
• Collaborate with customer success and directly with customers to identify quality priorities.
• Partner with data and vertical product owners on corpus needs and results shaping.
