Job summary

DWTN in Heeze is looking for an Internal Service Employee (m/f) to join a small, friendly team. You’ll be the link between customers, colleagues and suppliers, handling orders, quotations and communications by phone and email.

You’ll need to be comfortable with computers (AFAS experience is a plus), speak Dutch well, and bring a customer‑minded, stress‑resistant attitude. Some German or English is a plus; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar inside sales/administrative role.
• Strong computer skills; AFAS experience is a plus.
• Excellent Dutch language written and spoken; German or English is a plus.
• Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a small team.

What are you going to do?
As an inside sales representative, you're the link between customers, colleagues, and suppliers. You ensure everything runs smoothly. Your duties include:

• Processing orders and keeping track of their status

• Answer customer questions by phone and email
• Drawing up quotations
• Thinking about the logistical handling

What are you bringing?

• You are handy with computers (experience with AFAS is a plus)
• You preferably already have some experience in a similar position
• You speak and write good Dutch, and a little German or English is a plus
• You are customer-oriented, stress-resistant and like to get things done
• Some technical knowledge is useful, but we will teach you everything else!
