Job summary

Barça Amsterdam is seeking a Floor Manager to be the on-floor leader, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experience. You will motivate the team, coach staff, and actively contribute ideas to enhance service quality in a fast-paced venue.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in hospitality, a passion for guest satisfaction, and a hands-on approach in a dynamic environment. Availability spans 4–5 days per week, totaling about 38 hours weekly.
