Job summary

TOPdesk is seeking a UX Researcher for our Delft office to lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative studies across multiple product areas, including AI-powered features. You will collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers and Engineers in the Netherlands, Germany and Hungary to drive actionable insights.

You will recruit and moderate sessions, analyze data, and present findings to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional UX research experience.
Experience planning and conducting end-to-end UX studies with qualitative and quantitative methods.
Bachelor's or Master's in a related field; equivalent practical research experience accepted.

Responsibilities

Plan and run qualitative and quantitative UX studies end-to-end.
Choose and apply research methods for each question (interviews, usability tests, surveys).
Collaborate with PMs and Designers across Generative and Evaluative research.
Recruit participants, moderate sessions, analyze data into actionable findings.
Present findings clearly to product teams (PMs, UX, Eng).
Maintain research documentation and contribute to the shared repository.
Contribute to ResearchOps with scripts, consent forms and tooling templates.
Support lightweight research led by others with guidance.
