Job summary

TOPdesk in Delft, Netherlands, is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead user insight across product domains in collaboration with designers, product managers and engineers based in the Netherlands, Germany, and Hungary to ensure user insight drives strategic and discovery decisions.

You will design and run complex qualitative and quantitative studies, synthesize insights across multiple studies, and translate findings into clear recommendations to shape product direction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UX research experience in medior/senior capacity.
• Led complex end-to-end UX research studies with multiple stakeholders or user groups.
• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Human Factors, Cognitive Science, Social Sciences, Anthropology, Design, or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Own research direction across product domains; identify knowledge gaps and translate into study plans.
• Design and execute complex qualitative and quantitative research independently.
• Synthesize insights across studies to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations to influence product direction.
• Collaborate with product teams, management, and leadership on research implications and trade-offs.
• Provide feedback to junior researchers and other team members to ensure quality.
• Improve ResearchOps practices and standards within the team.
• Evaluate and apply new AI-supported research techniques responsibly.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders across product, design, and leadership.
