• Опыт проведения пользовательских исследований и перевод их результатов в решения дизайна.
• Умение работать кросс-функционально с PM, инженерами и другими партнерами.
• Свободное владение Figma и инструментами прототипирования.

Responsibilities

• Ридинг дизайн-руководство для ключевых частей опыта продавцов и экспертов от исследования до запуска.
• Использование пользовательских данных и бизнес-идей для выявления потребностей и форм решения.
• Преобразование проблем в понятные маршруты, концепты и прототипы.
• Создание интерфейсных и взаимодействий, прототипов и сервисных потоков.
• Сотрудничество с продакт-менеджерами, инженерами, дата-сайентистами и другими дизайнерами.
• Связывание потребностей клиентов с целями бизнеса и техническими ограничениями.
• Разработка дизайн-систем и единых паттернов.
• Преподнесение мотивирующих аргументов и сбор обратной связи для ясных решений.
• Использование ИИ и быстрых прототипов для тестирования идей.

Catawiki is a marketplace for buying and selling special objects. Each week, more than 100,000 unique items are auctioned and curated by in-house experts. The company has sold over 25 million unique objects and aims to become the world’s most popular destination for special objects.

Задачи:

• Lead design for key parts of the seller and expert experience, from discovery through launch and improvement
• Use customer research, behavioural data and business insights to identify needs and design opportunities
• Turn ambiguous customer problems into clear journeys, concepts, prototypes and design plans
• Explore and test ideas with customers and colleagues, using findings to improve the experience
• Create interaction and interface designs, prototypes and service flows that make complex tasks clear and intuitive
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, UX Writers and other designers to shape and deliver solutions
• Connect customer needs with business goals and technical constraints to help the team make sound trade-offs
• Contribute to design systems and shared patterns that create coherent experiences across Catawiki
• Share design rationale, incorporate feedback and help stakeholders reach clear decisions
• Use AI and rapid prototyping tools to explore ideas and test assumptions when they help solve customer problems

Требования:

• At least five years of experience designing digital products
• A portfolio showing approaches to complex problems, experience improvements and results
• Strong interaction design, prototyping and visual communication skills
• Experience conducting or contributing to customer research and translating findings into design decisions
• Confidence working cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers and other partners
• Fluency with Figma and prototyping tools
• Understanding of design systems and how to use and improve shared patterns
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain ideas to different audiences
• A degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
