Catawiki is seeking a talented designer for Seller Experience to simplify how sellers bring objects to the platform and work with experts. You will shape journeys, collaborate with product, engineering and data teams, and turn complex problems into clear, valuable experiences.

You will bring at least five years of design experience in ecommerce or marketplaces, strong Figma skills, and a portfolio demonstrating impact. This role is Amsterdam-based with hybrid working arrangements.

• Portfolio showing how you approached complex problems and improved experiences.
• Experience conducting or contributing to customer research and translating findings into design decisions.
• Strong skills in interaction design, prototyping and visual communication.

Mansioni

• Lead design for important parts of the seller and expert experience, from discovery through launch and improvement.
• Use customer research, behavioural data and business insight to identify needs and design opportunities.
• Turn ambiguous customer problems into clear journeys, concepts, prototypes and design plans.
• Explore and test ideas with customers and colleagues, using learnings to improve the experience.
• Create thoughtful interaction and interface designs, prototypes and service flows that are clear and intuitive.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, UX Writers and other designers to shape and deliver solutions.
• Connect customer needs with business goals and technical constraints, helping the team make sound tradeoffs.
• Contribute to design systems and shared patterns that create coherent experiences across Catawiki.
• Share design rationale, incorporate feedback, and help stakeholders reach decisions.
• Use AI and rapid prototyping tools to explore ideas and test assumptions when helpful.
