Qualifications

• Не менее 5 лет продакшн-опыта с Kubernetes и облачными платформами (GCP, AWS, Azure).

• Опыт IaC-инструментов Terraform или Ansible.
• Практические навыки Prometheus, Grafana, ELK или OpenTelemetry.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и улучшать возможности платформы для масштабирования приложений.
• Создавать и поддерживать самообслуживаемую DevOps-платформу для разработчиков.
• Проектировать и поддерживать инфраструктуру, упрощающую развёртывание и мониторинг.
• Координировать Kubernetes-кластеры и другие облачные ресурсы.
• Оптимизировать производительность, масштабируемость и стоимость через FinOps.
• Участвовать в создании CI/CD пайплайнов, GitOps и шаблонов
• Поддерживать отказоустойчивость, DR и масштабирование
• Контролировать состояние платформы и снижать техсоставляющее
• Сотрудничать с командами продукта для удовлетворения их потребностей
• Продвигать лучшие практики cloud-native в компании

Задачи

• Build and improve platform capabilities that enable engineering teams to develop, deploy, and operate applications at scale
• Build a self-service developer platform focused on developer experience
• Design and maintain platforms that abstract complexity and provide tools to deploy, monitor, and optimise applications
• Orchestrate cloud-native infrastructure and manage Kubernetes clusters and other cloud resources
• Improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency through FinOps practices
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and reusable templates
• Apply fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and scaling practices
• Improve platform operations usage and enhance the observability stack
• Monitor platform health and resolve incidents proactively
• Partner with product teams to understand their needs and build simple, impactful solutions
• Champion cloud-native best practices across Catawiki.

Требования

• At least 5 years of production experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Experience automating workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Hands-on experience using and maintaining Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry
• Strong ownership of platform issues, scalability, and resilience
• Ability to work effectively with developers and cross-functional teams
• Continuous learning in cloud-native tools, technologies, and practices
• Nice to have: measuring meaningful outcomes, gradual change management, failure-oriented learning, tooling and automation to reduce toil, knowledge sharing.
