Job summary

Metrohm Autolab in Utrecht, The Netherlands, seeks a UX Designer to shape our scientific software and instruments. You will drive our Design System evolution in Figma, aligning with the global Metrohm UX team and collaborating with cross-functional Scrum teams.

You will translate feature ideas into validated UX/UI designs, analyze user data, and support product management and development with usability insights in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field and strong analytical skills.
• 4+ years of UX design experience with Design Systems in Figma.
• Able to work in an international, interdisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Elaborate on our Design System in Figma for consistent UX across software.
• Align with the global Metrohm UX team and local design perspective.
• Translate ideas for new features into validated UX/UI designs for Scrum teams.
• Analyze information to determine optimal user solutions and validate UX in usability tests.
• Support Product Management and development teams with UX questions and usability testing.
• Coordinate UX across hardware and software with colleagues from Hardware.
