Job summary

geoFluxus is seeking a UX Designer to join a small product and tech team in Rotterdam. You will design end-to-end features, surface complex data, and collaborate with front-end and back-end developers.

You’ll run user research and usability tests to inform design decisions and help maintain the design system. The role requires at least 2 years UX design experience, fluency in Dutch and English, and a relevant degree in Industrial Design Engineering, CMD, or similar.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional UX design experience.
• Fluent in Dutch; good English communication.
• Strong visual design and data visualization skills.
• Experience with design systems and prototyping.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Design features and flows end-to-end from concept to dev-ready designs, collaborating with Lead UX Designer.
• Make data understandable with dashboards, charts, and visualisations.
• Run user research, usability tests, interviews, and platform analytics.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to refine designs for implementation.
• Maintain and improve the design system, flagging inconsistencies.
