Job summary

Evondos Oy zoekt een ervaren UX-ontwerpleider voor de software-UX in Nederland, in nauwe samenwerking met het Finse team en lokale NL Product Owners en Engineers.

Je leidt end-to-end ontwerptrajecten, coördineert gebruikersonderzoek, tests en accessibility-verbeteringen, en zorgt voor consistente ontwerp-kwaliteit door alle fases van het product.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met UX-ontwerp voor softwareprojecten.
• Vaardigheid in Figma en prototyping.
• Inzicht in accessibility en inclusief ontwerp.
• Ervaring met samenwerking in cross-functionele teams.

Responsibilities

• Leidt het ontwerp van software UX in Figma.
• Verantwoordelijk voor cross-functionele samenwerking.
• Verwerkt feedback van het centrale UX-team in Finland.
• Voert gebruikersonderzoeken en tests uit.
• Maakt prototypes en iteraties.
• Zet toegankelijkheid hoog op de agenda.

Over Evondos Evondos is de Europese marktleider op het gebied van medicatiebeheer, met meer dan 500 medewerkers in de Scandinavische landen, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Nederland.

The role is to lead end-to-end design process for software UX in Netherlands, collaborating with Finland team and local NL Product Owners and Engineers.
