At Nedap, we develop Nedap Ons: a suite of software applications that supports healthcare professionals in their daily work. We aim to make our applications fit their workflows as closely as possible, so they can focus on providing good care for the people who need them.
Our support team helps application administrators at healthcare organizations with functional and technical questions about the Ons Suite. As a support specialist, you do more than listen: you explore the question behind the question. You ask follow‑up questions, learn about the customer’s workflow, and take ownership of finding the right solution. You work independently, with your team there to support you.
You are the first point of contact for our customers’ application administrators. Within Nedap’s healthcare support team, you connect customers with our developers. You investigate how our applications interact with other systems and where issues arise, working with customers, developers, and software suppliers that integrate with the Ons Suite.
You will join Nedap’s healthcare support team, providing second‑line support to our customers’ application administrators. Colleagues bring different areas of expertise, and we work together to help customers move forward. We share knowledge, support each other, and take ownership of our work. There is room for initiative, humor, and personal development. You have the freedom to shape your approach, with colleagues to turn to when you need support. We share one ambition: creating a positive customer experience, every day.
We have the ambition and the ability to shape the next. And we need people with the drive to turn that ambition into meaningful impact. You will have the opportunity to contribute to something truly unique, together with more than 1,000 like‑minded colleagues.
From day one, you will help us fulfill our purpose: Technology for Life. The way you grow, take initiative, and make an impact brings our purpose to life. We shape what's next. Together.
You enjoy learning, working with others, and taking ownership. You ask follow‑up questions, look beyond the first answer, and take initiative when you see room for improvement. You follow through on commitments and know when to work independently and when to involve others. You share knowledge, welcome feedback, and communicate clearly with both customers and technical colleagues. At Nedap, you have the freedom to make decisions, contribute ideas, and develop yourself. We are looking for someone who actively uses that freedom. You are curious about how systems communicate, for example through APIs, and how Single Sign-On (SSO) works. How you learn, collaborate, and take responsibility matters most to us.
You are available to work 32–38 hours per week. Hybrid working is common at Nedap, and you and your team decide together on your working hours to support a healthy work‑life balance. You are expected to be on our campus in Groenlo at least twice a we
At Nedap, we see AI as a valuable tool to help us work smarter. We are curious about what it makes possible and actively explore how it can help us collaborate better, improve the way we work, and create solutions that truly matter. We expect you to do the same: remain curious, explore how AI can add value in your work, and use it thoughtfully, responsibly, and with sound judgment. We provide the tools, space, and support to do so.
