Job summary

Amgen Breda is seeking a Utilities Maintenance Engineer to ensure safe, compliant operation of critical utility systems across manufacturing, warehousing, and offices. You will coordinate maintenance activities, provide technical support, and help implement new technologies in a highly automated pharmaceutical site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in maintenance engineering and utilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English and stakeholder management.
Experience with CMMS platforms.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and plan maintenance activities, shutdowns, and contractor support for utility systems and facility infrastructure.
Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for complex utility-related issues.
Optimize maintenance plans, schedules, and work execution processes.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external service providers.
Support utility-related projects, equipment upgrades, commissioning activities, and implementation of new technologies.
Collaborate with maintenance technicians and operations teams to improve system performance and maintenance effectiveness.
Participate in the on-call rotation supporting critical utility systems.
