Job summary

nhow Rotterdam is seeking a Food & Beverage Employee who thrives in a vibrant art-themed hotel. As an F&B Employee you’ll be the authentic host for guests in the restaurant or bar, delivering attentive service from afternoon into the night.

You’ll follow a structured shift schedule, set up mise en place, assist with meetings, and ensure a memorable dining experience through knowledge of food and wine. English is a plus; Dutch language is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Guest-facing hospitality mindset and authentic hosting.
• Flexible, proactive, results-driven and stress-resilient work style.
• Experience as waiter in upscale venues is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up the restaurant and/or bar and prepare mise en place.
• Assist with Meeting & Event breaks when needed.
• Seat guests, provide wine and food knowledge, and deliver a memorable dining experience.
• Assist in room service and banqueting setup for the next day.
