Job summary

IFF in Tilburg zoekt een operator voor een drieploegendienst. Je bewaakt productiemethoden, volgt recepten en blijft streven naar hoge kwaliteitsnormen. De rol vereist nauwkeurigheid, fysieke inzet en aandacht voor veiligheid in een internationale productieomgeving.

Je werkt 40 uur per week in een drieploegenschema met diensten van 07:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00 en 23:00–07:00. Startsalaris en extra’s worden conform cao en interne regelingen geregeld.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in productie of fabricage.
• Beschikbaarheid voor fulltime werken in een drieploegendienst.
• Goede beheersing van Engels en/of Nederlands op minimaal B2-niveau.
• Fysiek fit en comfortabel met werken in een productieomgeving en geuren.
• Nauwkeurige werkwijze en het vermogen om instructies nauwkeurig te volgen.

Responsibilities

• Weeg en verzamel grondstoffen (tot ±30 per batch) nauwkeurig.
• Volg recepten en productierichtlijnen om productconsistentie te waarborgen.
• Meng en bereid producten volgens vastgestelde richtlijnen.
• Denk mee over het monitoren van machines en zorg voor een soepele werking.

Wat je gaat doen

As an operator in our 3-shift system, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate preparation of raw materials and the smooth operation of the production processes. You'll follow recipes and production instructions to create high-quality products that meet high standards. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Your responsibilities include:

• weigh and collect raw materials (up to ±30 per batch) with precision and care


• follow recipes and production instructions to ensure product consistency


• mix and prepare products according to established guidelines


• monitor machines to ensure smooth and efficient operation

You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, in a three-shift rotation.

• Morning shift: 07:00 - 15:00


• Afternoon shift: 15:00 - 23:00


• Night shift: 23:00 - 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage: €17.73, excluding shift allowance.


• Holiday allowance 20.5%, bringing your total gross hourly wage to €21.36.


• Temporary contract with the potential for a permanent position.


• Fulltime, 40 hours per week.


• Vacation days: 25 days per year, Holiday allowance: 8%.


• Year-end bonus of 8.77%.


• Travel allowance: €0.21 per kilometre.
