Job summary

Start People is seeking an Operator to contribute to the production of flavors and fragrances. You will weigh raw materials, follow recipes, and mix ingredients to create finished products.

You will monitor machines and report irregularities, while working a 3-shift schedule (07:00–15:00 / 15:00–23:00 / 23:00–07:00). The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications

• Availability for full-time, three-shift system.
• Fluency or ability to communicate in English and/or Dutch.
• Willing to learn and grow into an Operator.
• Comfort with physical tasks and aromas in production.

• Weigh raw materials (up to ±30 per batch) accurately.
• Follow recipes and production guidelines to ensure quality.
• Mix and prepare raw materials to create finished products.

As an operator 3 shifts, you will contribute to the production of high-quality flavors and fragrances that enhance everyday products. Working in a dynamic environment, you will ensure that raw materials are accurately weighed and processed according to recipes. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow strict safety and hygiene protocols.

What You Will Do:

• Weighing: ensure raw materials (up to ±30 per batch) are accurately measured and prepared for production.
• Following instructions: adhere to recipes and production guidelines to maintain product quality.
• Mixing: combine and prepare raw materials to create finished products.
• Monitoring: oversee machine operations and report any irregularities to the team leader.
• Shifts: work in a 3-shift system (07:00 – 15:00 / 15:00 – 23:00 / 23:00 – 07:00) to support continuous production.

• You are available full-time and willing to work in a three-shift system.
• You speak English and/or Dutch.
• You are motivated to learn and grow into an Operator position.
• You are comfortable with physical work and working with different scents.
• You work accurately and follow instructions carefully.
• Experience in production, logistics, or manufacturing is an advantage.
