Job summary

Start People in the Netherlands is seeking a Junior Operator to support the production process and progressively develop technical skills.

You will operate and monitor production and packaging lines, perform quality checks on cheese products, troubleshoot minor issues, adjust machine settings, and contribute to continuous improvement projects in a high-tech environment. Full-time, 3-shift schedule expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch or English.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
• Interest in technology, machines or production environments.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule.
• Full-time availability.
• Experience as an operator is a plus but not required.
