Job summary

Adyen is looking for a Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Enterprise Offering – Unified Commerce to own the end-to-end enterprise offering. You will align product and commercial strategy, enable global GTM, and drive revenue growth across omnichannel customers from our Amsterdam base.

You will lead cross-functional teams, work with regional commercial groups, and ensure readiness of offerings to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience spanning commercial, strategy, and product roles.
• Experience in (in-person) payments is a strict requirement.
• Able to translate customer insights into clear commercial narratives.

Responsibilities

• Define the long- and short-term commercial value proposition for the unified commerce offering across regions.
• Partner with Product Leadership to inform roadmaps and enable GTM execution.
• Drive end-to-end commercialization, product deep-dives, and customer-focused sales enablement.
