What will you be doing? As our Medior/Senior Designer with leadership ambition, you'll play a pivotal role within our creative team. You’ll contribute actively to projects while developing your leadership capabilities, eventually growing into a lead position. You'll be supported in mentoring junior designers, guiding creative direction, and strategically integrating AI into our design processes.

Your key responsibilities:

• Contribute exceptional creative work and actively participate in design projects.
• Develop your skills to inspire, mentor, and lead team members.
• Explore and integrate AI tools into our creative workflow.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with industry-leading standards.
• Collaborate with developers and strategists to bridge design, AI, and front-end development.
• Keep up with emerging design trends, AI innovations, and creative techniques.
• Support the creation of compelling creative proposals for new business.

Must-haves:

• Strong experience in digital design (Photoshop, Figma, Premiere Pro, UX/UI, motion design and immersive 3D environments, with affinity for creative tools like After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, or Maya.
• Experience working in a digital agency or similar environment.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools (MidJourney, ChatGPT, Runway ML, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly).
• Interest or initial experience in leading, mentoring, or overseeing projects.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to communicate in Dutch.

Nice to have:

• Experience or interest in coaching on soft skills and personal development.
• Experience preparing and presenting creative pitches.
• Recognition through industry awards or notable creative work.
