Job summary

Qualifications

• Several years hands-on experience in UX Design, Product Design, or a similar role with a strong focus on discovery and prototyping.
• Confident leading interviews, workshops, usability research, and contextual research with professional users.
• Ability to turn customer problems and business needs into clear hypotheses, user flows, journeys, and testable concepts.
• Ability to move work forward in a small team with broad responsibilities and evolving direction.
• Clear communication, challenge assumptions constructively, and collaborate with product, data, and software colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct interviews, workshops, and contextual research with customers and professional users.
• Translate needs, workflows, challenges, and business considerations into design questions and opportunities.
• Create user flows, concepts, and interactive prototypes for stakeholders and customers to evaluate.
• Design and run experiments, synthesize feedback, and adjust or stop ideas when evidence warrants it.
• Work with data, software development, and product management to align user value with feasibility and direction.
