Job summary

Empiric is seeking a Cisco CUCM / Unified Communications Engineer for a mission-critical Dutch public-sector programme. You’ll work across the Cisco Collaboration stack, supporting deployment, integration, automation and validation within a complex enterprise environment.

Key tasks include working with vCUBE v17, SIP/RTP/SRTP/TLS, SIP Trunks and PSTN, along with AXL/SOAP/REST APIs. Expect 1–2 days onsite per week in Hoofddorp and a contract until 31 March 2027, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Experience with Cisco Collaboration integrations.
• Strong SIP/VoIP and enterprise voice knowledge.
• Hybrid work arrangement with 1–2 days onsite weekly.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, integration, automation and validation within a complex enterprise environment.
• Handle troubleshooting, testing and performance verification of Cisco UC stack.

I’m currently supporting a mission-critical Dutch public-sector programme and looking for an experienced Cisco CUCM / Unified Communications Engineer.

You’ll work across the Cisco Collaboration stack, supporting deployment, integration, automation and validation within a complex enterprise environment.

• vCUBE v17
• SIP / RTP / SRTP / TLS
• SIP Trunks, Dial Plans & PSTN
• AXL / SOAP / REST APIs
• RTMT, packet capture & troubleshooting
• Solid SIP / VoIP and enterprise voice knowledge
• Experience with Cisco Collaboration integrations
• Automation / API experience is highly desirable
• Strong troubleshooting and testing skills
• Hoofddorp, Netherlands
• 1-2 days onsite per week
• Contract until 31 March 2027, with likely extension
