Job summary

Kando Solutions is seeking an experienced Cisco CUCM Engineer for a long-term project based in Hoofddorp. The role combines deep Cisco Unified Communications expertise with deployment automation.

The position is hybrid (1 day/week at the office) with screening during onboarding and a duration extending at least to 31 March 2027, potentially longer. Dutch speaker and Dutch passport are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Cisco CUCM deployment and maintenance.
• Hands-on Cisco Collaboration with automation experience required.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP/SRTP and dial plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deploy CUCM/Cisco UC environments.
• Automate provisioning and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot integration, testing, and operational issues.

Up to €100/hour, hybrid in Hoofddorp (1-day/week at office)

Long-term contract. Dutch speaker + Dutch passport needed.

I'm looking for an experienced Cisco CUCM Engineer for a long-term project based in Hoofddorp.

This is a hands-on engineering role combining deep Cisco Unified Communications expertise with deployment automation.

Key experience

• Cisco CUCM - ideally v15
• Cisco Jabber, CMS and CUBE/vCUBE
• SIP, RTP/SRTP, dial plans and SIP trunks
• Automation is essential - Ansible, APIs and automated provisioning
• AXL, SOAP and/or REST APIs
• Integration, testing and troubleshooting of Cisco UC environments
• Argo Workflows experience would be beneficial

Assignment

Rate: Up to €100/hour

On-site: Wednesdays, occasionally a second day

Duration: Until at least 31 March 2027, with a strong chance of extension

Screening will be required during the assignment
