Job summary

Innovative Beauty Group (IBG) Netherlands is seeking an energetic Project Manager – Turnkey (Interim) to own customer and product-development projects from brief to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Account Management, NPD, Buying, QA, Design & Creative, Supply Chain, Legal and Finance to ensure milestones are achieved.

You will translate briefs into actionable plans, manage scope and timelines, lead kick-offs and reviews, and proactively address risks to deliver on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Product Development or similar).
• Demonstrable project management experience, preferably in product development, manufacturing, FMCG, beauty, packaging or private-label.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management; ability to align internal and external stakeholders and keep projects moving forward.
• Structured, accurate and able to manage multiple workstreams with clear timelines and priorities.
• Proactive and solution-oriented; identifies risks early and communicates effectively.
• Commercial and operational awareness; understands feasibility, costs, timing, quality, supply chain and compliance.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational ownership of assigned customer and product-development projects from handover to production, delivery, launch and closure.
• Translate approved briefs into clear project plans with scope, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities and risks.
• Lead project kick-offs, cross-functional meetings and milestone reviews with multiple teams and external suppliers.
• Coordinate and monitor development, production and delivery activities including formulations, packaging, samples, costings, artwork, testing, specifications, approvals and planning.
• Act as day-to-day operational contact for customers, proactively manage risks, changes and delays and drive projects to successful delivery.
