Job summary

DSV Maastricht Airport is seeking a Troubleshooter to join our warehouse operations. You will investigate deviations, resolve bottlenecks and ensure processes run smoothly in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Work with colleagues from warehouse, customer service and other departments to fix issues quickly, analyse root causes and implement sustainable improvements. We value initiative, collaboration and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have Excel, MS Office and WMS experience.
• Knowledge of Cargowrite is a plus.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Experience with a logistics service provider or in a similar role.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.

Within our warehouse operation, you are the specialist responsible for investigating deviations, resolving bottlenecks and ensuring processes continue to run smoothly. You dive into operational issues, analyze root causes and implement sustainable solutions. Thanks to your efforts, colleagues and customers can rely on an efficient logistics operation: you’re on it.

How you do this? You are constantly identifying, analysing and resolving operational disruptions. You work closely with colleagues from the warehouse, customer service and other departments to solve issues quickly and structurally. You achieve this by:

• analyzing and resolving operational deviations within the warehouse;
• investigating inventory discrepancies, system notifications and process disruptions;
• supporting colleagues with complex logistics-related issues;
• identifying improvement opportunities and implementing process optimisations;
• collaborating with different departments to improve the quality and productivity of the operation.

You bring

• experience with Excel, Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems;
• knowledge of Cargowrite is a plus;
• good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
• experience with a logistics service provider or in a similar role;
• willingness to work in a two-shift system.
