Siemens Healthineers AG seeks a Treasury Corporate Finance Senior Manager to shape our financing strategy and optimize our capital structure. You will structure and negotiate financing, manage relationships with rating agencies and banks, and support M&A due diligence across the group.

This role offers flexible working arrangements with mobile work within Germany up to 60% and abroad up to 30 days/year, plus a minimum of 32 hours per week.

Qualifications

• University degree in Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Banking, Law, or related discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in Corporate Treasury, Capital Markets, Financing, and Financial Strategy.
• Strong financial modelling, financial engineering, and analysis; familiarity with Bloomberg and Refinitiv/Reuters.

• Manage and optimize the Company’s capital and funding structure and develop the related financing strategy.
• Structure, execute, and negotiate financing and equity transactions, including bank financing, bond issuances, EMTN/CP programs, share buybacks, and other capital market activities.
• Act as a contact for rating agencies, banks, and fixed-income investors.
• Support financial due diligence as part of M&A and strategic projects.
• Contribute finance expertise to cross-functional initiatives and data-driven decision-making.

Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• You manage and optimize the Company’s capital and funding structure and develop the related financing strategy.
• You structure, execute, and negotiate financing and equity transactions, including bilateral and syndicated bank financing, bond issuances, maintenance of EMTN and Commercial Paper program documentation, share buybacks, and other capital market activities.
• You act as a contact for rating agencies, global banking partners, and fixed-income investors.
• You support financial due diligence activities as part of M&A transactions and other strategic projects.
• You contribute your expertise to cross-functional initiatives and support data-driven decision-making across Treasury and Finance functions.

Your Qualifications And Experience

• You hold a university degree in Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Banking, Law, or a related discipline.
• You have several years of professional experience in Corporate Treasury, Capital Markets, Financing, and Financial Strategy, preferably within an international corporation or financial institution, and proven experience in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating financing agreements and capital market documentation.
• You bring strong financial modelling, financial engineering, and financial analysis capabilities and are familiar with market information providers such as Bloomberg and Refinitiv/Reuters.
• You have a good general understanding of related functional areas such as taxation, accounting (IFRS), legal and compliance, and investor communication. Knowledge of capital markets regulations, securities law, or related regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
