The position offers a monthly starting salary of €3,100 gross, with a 23% shift allowance, 27 vacation days, and opportunities for advancement within the organization. Your role requires working a three-shift roster to maintain assembly efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembling complex installations.
• E- and W-installations knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read high-quality technical drawings.
• Comfortable working at height or in confined spaces.
• Strong collaboration skills with teams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complete internal work of transformers focusing on electrical parts.
• Perform quality checks in collaboration with team and specialists.
• Ensure smooth and safe assembly process.

Skills

Experience as an assembly mechanic

Knowledge of E- and W-installations

Ability to read and apply technical drawings

Ability to work at height

Good teamwork with engineering and technical specialists

Willingness to work a 3-shift roster
