Job Invest in Nijmegen zoekt een fulltime Assemblage Technician voor interne componenten van transformatoren. Je assembleert, sluit aan en controleert onderdelen en werkt samen met collega’s en technici. Een nauwkeurige, kwaliteitsgerichte aanpak is vereist en je werkt in een drieploegendienst.

Het startsalaris bedraagt €3.100 bruto per maand, met een ploegentoeslag van 23% en diverse extra’s zoals vakantiedagen en pensioen. Reiskostenvergoeding en bedrijfskleding worden geboden.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met assemblage of elektrische componenten is een pré.
• Nauwkeurig werken en kwaliteitsbewustzijn zijn vereist.
• Bereidheid tot werken in zicht- en teamverband

Responsibilities

• Assembleren van interne onderdelen van transformatoren.
• Plaatsen van windingen over de kern en bevestigen met platen en stalen band.
• Elektrische bedrading aansluiten en verbindingen maken met schakelaars en kabels.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren samen met team en techniekers.
• Drie-schiftendienst en zorgen voor een soepele en veilige assemblage.

You will assemble, connect, inspect, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure every component is precisely correct. As an Assembly Worker for Internal Component Assembly, you will work on large technical products that play a vital role in tomorrow's energy supply. What will you do? As an Assembly Technician for Internal Component Assembly, you will be responsible for assembling the complete internal components of transformers. The focus will be primarily on the electrical parts. You will place winding sets over the core, seal the core with sheet metal plates, and assemble the core into a sturdy construction using steel bands. You also connect electrical wiring and make connections with switches, grommets, and other electrical conductors. During the work, you carry out quality checks together with your team, engineering, and technical specialists. Only when everything has been properly checked will the interior be released for the next step in the production process. You work in a 3-shift schedule. This means no two days are the same, and together with your colleagues, you are responsible for a smooth and safe assembly process.
