bunq is seeking a Transaction Review Lead to own bunq’s line against money laundering, terrorist financing, and sanctions evasion. You will lead both Transaction Filtering Review and Transaction Monitoring Review, with 5 direct reports, and drive AI-enabled improvements that balance speed and accuracy.

You’ll own quarterly risk assessments, ensure clear decision documentation, and align the teams under shared KPIs with a weekly cadence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading compliance teams in TF/sanctions and transaction monitoring.
• Strong regulatory judgment with scale and governance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own quarterly risk assessment across both domains.
• Lead redesign of transaction review processes with user perspective.
• Unite TFR and TMR with shared KPIs and weekly cadence.
• Document rationale for investigations to regulator-ready standard.
