Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance operations.
• Experience with automation tools and data-driven projects.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and financial products.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end processing of lending portfolio transactions.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports and KPIs to monitor performance and risk.
• Contribute to automation initiatives (RPA, AI) and AI-driven solutions.
• Support integration of data, technology and operations for a more automated back office.
