As Transaction Processing Officer Securities, you know the secrets of keeping complex pre-trade processes accurate, controlled and moving. You support new issues, bond and equity listings, private placements, reimbursements and lifecycle events, while staying connected with deal teams and stakeholders across London and Utrecht. In this role, you switch quickly between bespoke tasks, solve operational challenges and help make sure every transaction is handled with care.

The 5 people in the Private Placements & Origination Syndication team are primarily involved in pre-trade processes such as preparing, coordinating, drafting, reviewing and safeguarding legal documentation before products enter the market.
