Job summary

Rabobank Utrecht seeks a Transaction Processing Officer Securities to manage non-standard transactions across London and Utrecht, guiding new issues, bond and equity listings, reimbursements and lifecycle events with precision and care.

You will switch quickly between bespoke tasks, resolve operational challenges and liaise with internal teams, agents and clients to ensure timely, compliant execution of every deal.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch and fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Affinity with legal issues in a transactional setting.
• Strong analytical skills and clear written and verbal communication.
• Flexible team player who stays focused when priorities shift quickly.
• Knowledge of Financial Markets products and processes in wholesale banking.

Responsibilities

• Execute processes and controls in line with procedures, work instructions and policies, while keeping quality and operational discipline central in every step.
• Escalate effectively when bottlenecks, barriers or knowledge gaps arise, so transactions can continue with the right support and attention.
• Liaise with your team and internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong productivity, clear communication and reliable execution across every deal.
