Job summary

Arvato in Echt is seeking a hands-on Supervisor Traffic to coordinate and optimize transport operations. You will manage daily outbound planning, lead a team of Traffic Employees, and ensure KPIs and service levels are met using SAP and ERP/TMS tools.

This full‑time role requires transport/logistics coordination experience, supervisory skills, English proficiency, and strong problem‑solving ability. A competitive gross monthly salary and valuable benefits are offered.

Qualifications

MBO/HBO working and thinking level.
Experience in transport, traffic, or logistics coordination.
Experience in a supervisory or coordinating role.
Knowledge of Excel and ERP/TMS systems, preferably SAP.
Good command of the English language.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Full-time availability and willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities

Coordinating daily outbound transport planning and ensuring KPIs and service levels are achieved.
Leading daily meetings with your team to review planning, priorities, and staffing needs.
Managing and coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
Monitoring transport flows and adjusting planning throughout the day when needed.
Resolving escalations such as delays, shipment issues, and other operational challenges.
Monitoring transport performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and costs.
Coaching and motivating your team to maintain high performance.
