Job summary

DRW is seeking a Trading Systems Engineer to apply extensive technical expertise to maintain a world-class trading ecosystem. You will work closely with traders, infrastructure and software teams to ensure smooth operation and rapid incident response across exchanges and internal services.

You should thrive under pressure, communicate clearly, and have hands-on experience with Linux environments, scripting (Python/Bash) and SQL queries to support automated monitoring and reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in trade support or site reliability engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field.
• Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and availability of trading ecosystem.
• Respond to support requests from traders and engineers.
• Contribute to automation and monitoring solutions.
• Liaise with external trading partners to resolve issues.
• Onboard new trading desks and technologies.
