Job summary

Shell in the Netherlands seeks a Quality & Logistics Optimizer (Blender) to join Trading & Operations, supporting blending, monitoring product quality, and optimizing logistics to deliver safe, reliable outcomes across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with traders, operators, and external partners across terminals, vessels, trucks, and STS operations to balance commercial opportunities with operational realities, building a strong technical and commercial foundation in a fast-paced

Qualifications
