Job summary

Bunge seeks a Global Logistics Flow Coordinator in Rotterdam to optimize and execute commodity flows across regions, working at the intersection of trading, logistics, and supply chain. You will translate commercial strategies into efficient physical execution while balancing cost, risk, and service.

You will work with traders, freight providers, terminals, and plants worldwide to ensure smooth movement of commodities and maximize value across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of experience in commodity trading, shipping, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Strong understanding of global commodity flows and international transportation networks.
• Experience with globally traded commodities is highly desirable.
• Fluent English is required; Spanish and/or Portuguese would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Flow Planning & Execution: Manage and optimize international commodity flows across global markets; oversee ocean freight execution and vessel schedules.
• Commercial & Supply Chain Optimization: Translate trading strategies into executable supply chain plans; evaluate routing and allocation decisions.
• Risk Management & Decision Making: Anticipate disruptions; evaluate risks; lead resolution of complex logistics issues.
• Stakeholder Management: Interface between Trading, Freight, Supply Chain and Operations; build relationships across regions and time zones.
