Job summary

Shell in the Netherlands is seeking a Quality & Logistics Optimizer (Blender) to help blend strategies, monitor product quality, and optimize operations across terminals, vessels, barges, trucks, and STS in Europe. You will work with traders, operators, and experts to balance quality with commercial goals and supply reliability.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of product quality specifications, blending principles, and optimization concepts.
• Foundational knowledge of terminal operations, storage, logistics, and supply chain processes.

• Awareness of customs and regulatory requirements and their impact on supply chain decisions.
