For the People team, we are looking for a Total Rewards Specialist EMEA & Growth.

Within the People team you’ll have a key role in implementing regional reward programmes by working closely with HR business partners and managers in the country and act as an advisor for the senior management. As a total rewards specialist you are responsible for employee benefits, job architecture frameworks and market‑based compensation programmes for the EMEA region and growth markets.

Responsibilities
  • Lead benefits renewals and manage vendor relationships.
  • Responsible for job architecture and evaluation processes.
  • Conduct and lead salary benchmarking, pay analysis and annual pay ranges updates.
  • Responsible for sales bonus programme design and governance.
  • Oversee broker master data, including cost and service models.
  • Set and manage the merit budget/market movement recommendations.
  • Support the development and execution of the EU Pay Transparency (pay equity analysis, HR engagement and communication planning).
Job requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (e.g. in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance).
  • Experience with total rewards / compensation & benefits in an international organisation.
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay, WTW).
  • Strong analytical skills for benchmarking and pay structure design.
  • Strong data skills with the ability to build and maintain Excel‑based models; experience creating visual dashboards in Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret and apply reporting requirements (CSRD, EU Pay Transparency Directive).
  • Project management capability across multi‑country initiatives.

  • The gross year salary ranges from €70.000- 85.000, based on a 40‑hour work week.
