To support our continued growth, we are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Senior Market Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Europe. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and global team working together to deliver usable data to the rest of the business;

Reporting to the Market Intelligence Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including strategy, sales, product, Chronic Solutions -and regional leadership.

What you will do

As Market Intelligence Analyst, you will lead efforts to gather, analyze, and synthesize competitive and market data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Among other tasks you will focus on:

Lead the design, execution, and delivery of market intelligence projects, including competitive benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and market sizing.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate complex data into compelling insights for executives and business leaders.
Monitor competitor strategies, product launches, pricing, M&A activity, and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.
Build relationships with local marketing, sales, Regional & Chronic Solutions Leadership to align intelligence efforts with business priorities.
Proactively identify emerging trends, technologies, and disruptions that may impact the organization’s market position.

Who you are

To be successful in this role, it is essential to have a passion for data gathering, and a eye for detail, as well as the ability to translate a large dataset into usable and accessible information.

Qualifications

We'd like you to have:

Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5-7+ years of experience in market intelligence, competitive intelligence, strategy consulting, or business analysis.
Strong skills in data analysis, market research, and data modeling.
Proficiency in tools such as Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and CRM/market intelligence platforms.

You also have:

Strong business acumen and ability to connect data to strategic implications.
Proven track record of influencing strategic decisions through research-driven insights.

Note

This role is based in Eindhoven, with the possibility to work on a hybrid format (3 days per week in the office).

International travel: 10-20% of your time.
