Job summary

Stage Entertainment’s Amsterdam head office is seeking a Finance Specialist Ticketing to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all finance processes tied to the ticketing platform. You will oversee Workday integrations, automate reconciliations, and drive month-end close with a proactive, autonomous approach within Group controls.

You will collaborate with Ticketing, IT, Treasury and Finance teams across Europe, supporting audits and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years relevant working experience.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Strong accounting knowledge, reconciliations and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the finance integrations between ticketing platform and Workday finance.
• Support countries with analyzing and resolving reconciliation issues.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving change requests and system enhancements.
• Perform reconciliation between ticketing and Payment Service Provider platforms; follow up issues.
