Stage Entertainment Nederland is seeking a Finance Specialist Ticketing to safeguard and optimize the financial processes around our ticketing platform. You will manage integrations between the ticketing system and Workday Finance, automate workflows, and oversee month-end activities.
You will collaborate with Group IT, finance teams, and external specialists, driving improvements and ensuring robust controls.

As Finance Specialist Ticketing, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of all finance related processes connected to Stage Entertainment’s ticketing platform. Since 1 January 2026, Stage Entertainment operates its own ticketing platform, making this a pivotal role in safeguarding the accuracy, automation, and continuous development of the financial processes and system integrations that support it.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy within Group financial frameworks, you will manage the finance integrations between the ticketing platform and Workday Finance to facilitate automated accounting processes and oversee payment reconciliations. You will lead recurring month‑end activities as well as initiatives focused on issue resolution, process enhancement, and further system development.
In this role, you will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including Ticketing teams (such as the Center of Excellence Ticketing), Group IT (including Workday Finance CoE and integration experts), Group and Country Finance teams, Country Commercial teams, Group Treasury, and external specialists.
You are proactive in identifying issues and improvement opportunities, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and delivering tangible results. Reporting directly to the Director Group Control, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the financial backbone of our ticketing operations continues to evolve and perform at the highest standard.
